1 App Store Age Rating

Haloraverse AI is rated 4+ in 172 countries or regions, AL (Livre / general audience) in Brazil, ALL (all ages) in the Republic of Korea, and 00+ in Vietnam. These ratings are calculated from Apple's App Store age rating questionnaire, which covers content categories such as mature or suggestive themes, violence, medical or wellness topics, and in-app purchases, and are then mapped per region to the equivalent local rating board classification — all four labels above indicate the app is suitable for a general, all-ages audience.

2 Why This Rating

Haloraverse AI's editorial content — devotionals, scripture, guided audio — is written for a general audience and contains no violence, sexual content, profanity, gambling, or alcohol/drug references, which is why the app is rated for all ages in every region. Apple's questionnaire, which factors into the underlying rating even where the outcome is an all-ages classification, also accounts for:

• In-app purchases. The app offers paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and web checkout.
• AI-generated conversational content. The Bible Chat feature uses a third-party AI model to generate responses to user questions (see Section 4 for the safeguards applied to it).
• Medical or wellness topics. Devotional and reflection content may occasionally touch on wellbeing themes (e.g. rest, gratitude, coping with hard seasons) without providing medical guidance.

A small number of regions apply their own local classification board and labeling conventions to the same content and questionnaire answers, which is why Brazil, Korea, and Vietnam show a differently labeled — but equivalent, all-ages — rating than the global 4+ default.

3 What the App Contains

Haloraverse AI is a Christian devotional, Bible study, prayer, and journaling app. Its features are:

• Daily devotionals and guided morning/evening reflection rituals;
• A Bible reader (King James Version) with reading progress tracking;
• An AI-assisted Bible study companion ("Bible Chat") for scripture questions;
• Guided rest audio and ambient soundscapes;
• A personal, private journal and prayer list; and
• Progress tracking and optional daily reminder notifications.

4 AI Chat Safeguards

Messages a user sends to Bible Chat are checked against a content moderation system before the AI generates a reply. Messages that indicate self-harm are handled with particular care rather than answered as an ordinary conversational turn. AI responses may still contain inaccuracies and are for informational and devotional purposes only — they do not substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, pastoral, or emergency advice, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5 No Public User-Generated Content

Journal entries and the personal prayer list are private to the user's own account and device — they are not shared publicly, with other users, or on any community feed. Haloraverse AI does not currently include user-to-user messaging, public posting, comments, or any other feature where one user's content is shown to another.

6 Account Eligibility

The ratings above describe the suitability of the app's content, separate from who may create an account. Per our Privacy Policy (Section 13, Age Restriction), Haloraverse AI accounts are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old; we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and accounts later found to belong to someone under 18 are terminated with associated data deleted.
